Emma Jordan has over twenty years’ experience in the fashion and lifestyle sector. Born and schooled in South Africa, she gained a BA (Hons) from London’s Central Saint Martins before working for many of the world’s top fashion and magazine brands, including Vivienne Westwood, W Magazine and Vogue UK. During this time she lived for over a decade in London, with shorter stints in LA, New York and Delhi. Her career experiences range from interviewing Tom Hanks on the red carpet, travelling to Stockholm as stylist to the All Saints, to designing and marketing luxury kaftans under her own “Sundaraya” resort label.
An avid researcher, Emma possesses a knack for getting to the crux of a brand’s messaging through her ability to relate from a cosmopolitan, sophisticated world-view. Now firmly settled in her country of birth, she remains consistently sought after for her unique ability to translate international brand identities and values into a meaningful, relatable and above all, value-driven local narrative. Whether it’s a full strategy, brand ID, written stories or visual production, Emma loves enabling people to do their best work, building and connecting teams to produce a powerful narrative.
